Responsible for delivery and co-ordination of routine HR administrative support to the management team, academic and administrative staff across the School of History, Classics and Archaeology. The post focuses on administrative support for the School’s recruitment processes, monthly payment claims for guaranteed hours teaching staff, and update and maintenance of HR related systems and records.
- Responsible for the provision of administrative support for the co-ordination of staff recruitment-related activities.
- First point of contact in the School for HR related-queries, with responsibility for managing the School HR and Teaching Support generic mailboxes
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment, management and payment processes in relation to the School’s guaranteed hours teaching support staff.
- Reviewing, maintaining and updating of School HR records and related systems
