Seonaid is a Student Support and Information Officer within HCA. The Student Support team is here for all our undergraduate students.

The Student Support team is here for all our undergraduate students; they have a range of responsibilities, which include:

• supporting students whose studies are affected by illness or other circumstances
• signposting the large range of more specialist university services
• keeping students informed on vital information they need to know and also on events and opportunities that they may be interested in
• providing information and answering questions about programme requirements
• implementing the School Attendance and Engagement Monitoring Plan.
