Ms Kim Host-Madsen
Member of the School Resources Team, responsible for delivery of HR administrative support to the management team, academic and administrative staff across the School of History, Classics and Archaeology. Additionally, provides administrative support for the School’s recruitment processes, updates and maintains HR related systems and records and well as responding to the HR enquiries.
- Administrative support for the co-ordination of staff recruitment-related activities, in liaison with School Resources team colleagues and the recruitment manager, including: the advertisement of posts, preparation of staff shortlisting and interview packs; liaising with the recruiting panel to co-ordinate dates and times of meetings, and arranging room bookings; coordinating practical interview arrangements; updating School recruitment records; requesting references; assisting new colleagues with their relocation as per University procedures where appropriate; liaison with the School Finance Administrator regarding interview expenses; participating in the induction process; assisting with the Leaver process, sending leaver e-mail templates and updating P&M system accordingly
- Reviewing, maintaining and updating of School HR records and related systems including sickness absence and annual leave information and annual leave balances for starters and leavers).
- Administrative support for the HR team and department, and other duties as requested by the HR Administrator, Head of Resources, Director of Professional Services, etc. as appropriate
