In order to be eligible to apply for funding you must have submitted your application to study at the University of Edinburgh and have been issued with a University User Name (UUN number).
Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) Studentships
The University of Edinburgh is a member institution of the Scotland-wide Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP) which is funded and accredited by the Social and Economic Research Council (ESRC). The DTP provides world-class postgraduate research and training in the social sciences across a wide range of disciplines, known as ‘pathways’.
PhD Studentship – Stand Up for Health Evaluation
This PhD Studentship offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the work of the Scottish Collaboration for Public Health Research and Policy (SCPHRP) and to take part in a project looking at an evaluation of the Stand Up for Health workplace intervention.

This studentship scheme provides an opportunity for postgraduate research students to undertake training and development alongside their research to help them to develop the necessary skills required to meet career choices.
