European Academy of Nursing Science Summer School 2015

PhD student accepted onto prestigious summer school in Barcelona.

Congratulations to Katie McGoohan, PhD student in Nursing Studies who has been successful in her application to the highly competitive European Academy of Nursing Science (EANS) Summer School 2015 running from 29 June to 10 July 2015 in Barcelona, Spain.

This is a great opportunity for nurses undertaking doctoral studies to participate in a three-year programme of annual summer schools. There is the chance to learn mixed methods research skills to develop, test, evaluate and implement complex interventions in nursing and she will gain invaluable experience of working alongside nurses from more than 20 European countries.
