Information for Applicants with Offers
Advance information for applicants with offers to study the MSc Mental Health in Children and Young People: Psychological Approaches .
Deadlines for accepting offers
When we make you a conditional or unconditional offer, a deadline for accepting the offer is automatically generated. You can accept the offer at any time until the end of August, although the university will only send certain information to applicants who have accepted their offers. You may accept an offer to this programme and to other programmes elsewhere without penalty, and make a decision later about where to attend.
Applicants with offers conditional on language tests
There are often long waits for language tests. You can accept a conditional offer on language as long as you have a test booked before August. When your test is complete and you have your results, upload your certificate to Euclid, where it can be reviewed by admissions.
We will start to send out information a couple of weeks before your programme starts. We will let you know where to come during Welcome Week and will send information about course choices for that academic year.
During Welcome week, you will be given more information about your programme and the University and there will be the opportunity to get to know your classmates.
Once you've accepted your offer with us, you can start preparing for your studies. Further details about course structure may be found below
You do not need to read lots of books in advance of starting your studies, as reading lists will be given out at the start of the semester. It might help you to refresh your knowledge of developmental psychology and to explore the literature around mental health in children and young people.
