Firefox Quantum issue

Please note that LEARN does not work correctly within Firefox Quantum and therefore some of our training videos will not run if using this browser. If you are using a managed desktop, you will have the correct version of Firefox installed.

IS have provided the following advice:

There are a couple of choices. You could play these videos in a different browser such as Safari or Chrome, or alternatively it is possible to have two versions of Firefox installed on your Mac - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1149213. You can then download the correct version of Firefox from here - https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/.

Please see this link for supported browsers - https://www.ed.ac.uk/information-services/computing/application-development/application-support/supported-web-browsers

3rd party cookies error message

Some users have reported issues with an error message about their browser blocking 3rd party cookies. At this point, IS have given us the following advice:

"I've not been able to find a suitable third party site discussing enabling third party cookies or indeed an internal website link. I have instead found 4 support articles for Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox and Chrome at these links:
