Additional Radiation Safety Courses

Formal courses on the risks arising from non-ionising radiation are run by the University Radiation Protection Unit.

Sources of non-ionising radiation such as ultra-violet, infra-red, and radiofrequency radiation, can present a risk to personnel.

Although no scheduled courses are run, the Radiation Protection Unit can provide appropriate safety training to University personnel and other associated institutions on request.
