Universitas 21 (U21) is the leading global network of research-intensive universities, working together to foster global citizenship and institutional innovation through research-inspired teaching and learning, student mobility, connecting students and staff, and wider advocacy for internationalisation.
LERU

The League of European Research Universities (LERU), founded in 2002, is a consortium of research-led European Universities that has had a significant impact on research policy in Europe.
UNICA

The University of Edinburgh is part of several networks, including UNICA, the network of Universities from the Capitals of Europe.
