This event will discuss an introductory paper written by Dr Elisa Morgera (Law) on the 5-year research programme “Benefit-sharing for an equitable transition to the Green Economy - the role of law” led by Professor Christine Bell (Law) and Professor Tim Hayward (SPS). This event will provide an opportunity to discuss an introductory paper written by Dr Elisa Morgera (Law) on the 5-year research programme “Benefit-sharing for an equitable transition to the Green Economy - the role of law”. This programme runs from November 2013 to October 2018 with funding from the European Research Council.

The paper will be discussed by Professor Christine Bell (Law) and Professor Tim Hayward (SPS).
