Undergraduate degrees are delivered by the University of Edinburgh and our teaching partner Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC). 

Students develop skills in science, business, technology and geography to optimise food production systems to within economic and environmental targets. Our undergraduate degrees offer four specialism pathways and apply life, social and natural sciences in a real world context.
