Mind are a charity who understand mental health and well-being. If you're stuggling and would like to open up, they can help.
If you're a victim of bullying, you're not alone. There is support available for you. Young Minds have a dedicated page for bulying support. They provide good advice for different cases of bullying and give details of people available to contact. Find out more on their website

NHS and Public Health England have partnered up to create Every Mind Matters. Their page provides useful information about maintaining your mental health at home and addressing your COVID-19 concerns:

NHS Inform also offer a free helpline for general advice unrelated to coronavirus symptoms. Call 0800 028 2816 to speak to one of their advisers.
The NHS has recently launched a mental health hotline to help advise and support healthcare staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. To use this hotline, healthcare staff can phone 0300 131 7000 or text FRONTLINE to 85258. Opening hours are between 7am and 11pm.
It helps to talk to someone when our thoughts and feelings overwhelm us. The Breathing Space helpline is open 24 hours at weekends and 6pm - 2am on weekdays. It's available for anyone in Scotland over 16. All calls are confidential 0800 83 85 87. Learn more about Breathing Space below:

We understand that some people may be suffering from domestic abuse. If you are a victim or are concerned for a loved one, the Citizens Advise Bureau have a useful list of charities you can approach. Please be advised the government has said that it's ok to visit these charities during lockdown.
Domestic violence and abuse - organisations which give information and advice
SocialBite is usually the main home for supporting the homeless. Due to the recent pandemic, they have turned their attention to producing 3,000 food packs for the vulnerable everyday.

A helpline has been opened to provide advice to Scots who are at high risk from coronavirus and do not have a support network at home. The service is aimed at people who are older, disabled, are pregnant, or who received a flu jab for health reasons. To use the service, call 0800 111 4000, between 09.00 and 17.00, to use the service.
