Generation Scotland

Schools and Youth Partners

Generation Scotland is a research study looking at the health and well-being of people across Scotland and their families. Our volunteers have helped support research into health conditions, including mental health, COVID-19, cancer, heart disease, diabetes,  and much more. We have over 30,000 participants and for the first time ever we can include young people over the age of 12, allowing scientists and researchers to learn more about the health of young people, now and into the future.

We are keen to support schools across Scotland to become Health Research Champions through raising awareness about health research, data science and involving young people, health ambassadors and their schools in educational activities relevant to the school curriculum to help guide our work.
