In general, pay day for the University is the 28th of each month; unless it falls on a weekend, in which case it is the Friday preceding the 28th.

The Payroll Services section liaises with HM Revenue & Customs and is responsible for deducting income tax from employees' salaries.

Payment of bills issued by the University can be made in a number of ways. Please quote your invoice number when processing payment.

The UUN can be used as the login name or account name for services which that person is authorised to use. The form of UUN for undergraduate and postgraduate students is a lower case letter "s" followed by their matriculation number, e.g. s0212345.
