Reading the City

Professor of Early Modern Literature James Loxley took part in Book Festival event focusing on the literary landscape of Edinburgh.

Writer and poet James Robertson, who spoke at the University’s Spy Week in May, guided attendees in a literary tour of the city, asking, Where are the hotspots which provided the most inspiration? Where are the quiet corners?

The event was hosted by Edinburgh UNESCO City of Literature Trust.
