Legal English for Visiting Students (LEVS)
This credit-bearing course is for undergraduate visiting students who wish to develop their English language skills for use in legal contexts.
This course is designed for students who have a basic understanding of their own legal systems through having taken a first year UG law course (or equivalent) at their home universities.
- Subject area: English - Academic
- Credits: 20
- Level: SCQF Level 7 (Year 1 Undergraduate)

There are opportunities for individual work; for example in presenting a summary of a legal case or preparing and giving a presentation on a legal topic.
This course is only available to visiting students.
Space in this course is limited, so entry is strictly controlled by the CAHSS Visiting Student Office (VSO). Please come in person to the VSO to enrol in this course.
