As such, availability cannot be guaranteed and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Accommodation bookings for students doing semester 1 and 2 (full year) will begin on 16th September 2023 and end on 25th May 2024 Accommodation bookings for students doing semester 2 will begin on 13th January 2024 and end on 25th May 2024 Please note that the accommodation end date is later than the course end date of 3rd May, providing flexibility for students when arranging their departure. Based in Riego Street apartments near Tollcross, the accommodation is in central Edinburgh. The apartments feature single bedrooms with shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom facilities. There is easy access to a variety of local shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as excellent transport links across the city. If you would like to request university accommodation, you can do so when completing the PGPEP application form. We will pass your request to the university’s accommodation team who will deal with your accommodation booking directly (COL cannot book accommodation for you). We will provide more details on how your accommodation request will be processed and what you will need to do when we issue you a PGPEP booking confirmation. University accommodation contracts are separate from COL, and you will be subject to the university’s specific accommodation booking and payment policies as well as any relevant accommodation terms and conditions. If you choose to arrange your own accommodation privately, we strongly advise that you carefully research your options and only book accommodation through known and reputable providers. We also recommend that you carefully review the provider’s cancellation policy before booking.
