It will take time to process your application. Make sure you check your email regularly for communications from us. Our office ‘working days’ are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and we will endeavour to communicate with you within the following timescales:
Acknowledge Receipt of Your Application
We will email you the next working day following your application submission.
Confirmation of Application Acceptance
We will email you within 4 working days of your application submission.
If it is accepted, we will ask for pre-payment (you will have 5 working days to send payment. There is a 14 calendar day cooling off period following payment, after which payment cancellation won’t be possible - please see our Terms and Conditions for more information). Pre-payment should be made using the ePay service (we’ll provide a link to ePay when we email you asking for payment).
If your application has been declined, we will tell you.
If your application contains errors preventing us from processing it, we will ask you to amend it (you will have 4 working days to do this).
Acknowledge Receipt of Pre-payment
We will email you within 3 working days of receiving your pre-payment.
Confirmation of Booking Letter
We will email you the confirmation of booking letter and a pro-forma invoice within 6 working days of receiving your pre-payment.
Invoice for Outstanding Balance
We will email you a minimum of 30 days prior to the start of the course asking for final payment of the outstanding balance.
