The Higher Education Research Group (HERG) meets regularly to bring together colleagues across Moray House School of Education and Sport, the Institute for Academic Development, and beyond to discuss current higher education research, network, and advance collaboration.
About us
Our areas of research interest include: widening participation; transition into higher education; internationalisation; employability; master’s level provision; student experience; interdisciplinary, critical policy studies, comparative higher education and capacity building.
Collaboration
Whilst Higher Education Research Group (HERG) is comprised mainly of University of Edinburgh colleagues, the group is also open to external members with an interest in the topics.
