Where we are and what we do

Based within the Institute for Sport, Physical Education and Health Sciences (ISPEHS) at Moray House School of Education and Sport, our Human Performance Science Research Group produces research and education including the promotion of effective strategies to enhance, maintain and restore human performance across a range of populations, influencing policy and practice.

Our vision

Our vision is to enhance, maintain or restore performance of people engaged in sport, dance and other professional contexts. We aim to create an active research environment and provide an outstanding experience for our students through research and knowledge exchange-driven programmes.
