About us
A brief summary of the ECSS Research Group.
ECSS is a research group within the Institute for Sport, Physical Education and Health Sciences in Moray House School of Education and Sport.
We seek to facilitate and engage in research that is guided by a commitment to innovative critical research which analyses and reveals power relations, inequality and inequity in sport*and society.
We seek to further enhance and develop critical insights that will inform teaching (particularly the internationally recognised BSc Sport Management and MSc Sport Policy, Management and International Development programmes).
*This may involve the related worlds of physical activity, physical education, dance and recreation.
