Redress the Balance

This project aims to explore and develop effective practice during 2005-7 which will support males and females to enrol on and successfully pursue non-traditional courses in schools and colleges. The project will focus, although not exclusively, on males entering childcare, health and social care courses and females entering engineering and construction. It will explore the nature of school links and the ways in which they are used, or could be further developed, to promote non-gendered uptake of courses.
