Higher Education in Scotland, the Devolution Settlement and the Referendum on Independence

This project explores the extent of divergence and convergence in higher education across the UK in the context of the existing devolution settlement. It also examines the various policy options which might arise in the future, following a vote for independence or extended devolved powers.
