Telegraph on Bell's comments at ESRC TT1

Picking up the presentation by Professor David Bell at CREID's Think Tank 1 on the 22nd May, Simon Johnson of the Telegraph (23rd May, 2013) highlighted Bell's prediction that the offer to continue giving Scottish students “free” tuition in post-independence might result in an extra cost of £150 million per year.
