Independent Children's Rights Impact Assessment (CRIA) on the response to COVID-19 in Scotland | 21 Sep 2020

The Observatory of Children's Human Rights Scotland was asked by the Children and Young People’s Commissioner Scotland to conduct a thorough analysis of how emergency laws and procedures around COVID-19 impacted the human rights of children and young people in Scotland.

Professor Sheila Riddell, along with other members of the Childhood and Youth Studies Research Group and colleagues, have made a significant contribution to the Independent CRIA, which are available for download via the following links.
