Prof. Raffe on independence's impacts on research & HE at Scottish Affairs Committee (29.1.2014)
Professor David Raffe was called as a witness to appear before the Scottish Affairs Committee on the 29th January 2014 as part of its inquiry into the Referendum on separation for Scotland.
The session was to discuss the impact of independence on research and higher education, which included issues such as funding and tuition fees. Professor Raffe was speaking as a member of our research team working on the project "Higher Education in Scotland, the Devolution Settlement and the Referendum on Independence."
