MFEES project dissemination event

• Muslim pupils’ educational outcomes in England and Scotland
• Muslim families’ educational aspirations
• Muslim families’ negotiation of school choice and attitudes to faith schools
• Home/school negotiations of cultural practices

The event is in two parts. The first part of the afternoon considers policy issues. The second part of the afternoon focuses on the implications for practice in relation to the curriculum, religious observance and other aspects of school life such as food, uniform and school trips. People may wish to attend either the first or second part of the afternoon, or may attend both.
