The Professional Learning Office operates a cancellation policy to ensure that delegates are not disadvantaged by the last minute cancellation of courses due to withdrawals making the course unviable. Cancellations must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations will be acknowledged within 7 days of receipt. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the course are liable for the full amount, though we are happy to accept substitute delegates if notified in writing prior to the event and any appropriate additional fee due will be invoiced. Non arrivals are liable for the full fee.
Non-residential attendance at 2-day or 3-day courses at a reduced price is available and should be indicated in the online booking form. If a booking has already been made, this option needs to be requested by e-mail to email@example.com at least five working days prior to an event.
