SCSSA operates a cancellation policy to ensure that delegates are not disadvantaged by the last minute cancellation of courses due to withdrawals making the course unviable.
Cancellations must be made by email to the Professional Learning Office (firstname.lastname@example.org). Cancellations will be acknowledged within 7 days of receipt. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the course are liable for the full amount, though we are happy to accept substitute delegates if notified in writing prior to the event and any appropriate additional fee due will be invoiced. Non arrivals are liable for the full fee.
