Scientist Next Door Events and Resources

Scientists from the Universities of Edinburgh and Durham created the Scientist Next Door project to share their passion for science and inspire the next generation of fantastic scientists! They want to hold group video calls connecting families and scientists to discuss what inspires us, think about the science that impacts our daily lives, and share ideas and resources.

Join live chats with scientists and be guided through unusual experiments. Learn how sunscreens work, how your food grows, or how to make a lemon battery.
