We have always aimed to be a centre of world class teaching and research. We also aspire to be a place where all staff, whatever their role in the School, feel valued, respected, and supported. Through the actions and initiatives that we have started to implement, we hope to make this a department where women and men can thrive as equals, be they students, professional staff, teachers, or researchers.
