Daniel Gay

MSc Economics, 2002

Immediately after graduating I worked in the Department of Trade in Vanuatu, in the South Pacific. For two years I was an Overseas Development Institute fellow, following which I did two consultancy projects in Vanuatu for the European Commission.

In early 2006, I worked on a short-term contract at the UN Conference on Trade and Development in Geneva. I helped write investment policy reviews of developing countries, including Brazil and Nigeria.

Recently, I have been studying under a part-time ESRC scholarship for my PhD in the methodology of development economics at Stirling University.
