The Edinburgh Economics Alumni Group was founded in 2018 by an alumnus and current student: Oskar Birol and Ruaridh Duff. It aims to strengthen links between economics alumni and the School of Economics at the University of Edinburgh The Group is Chaired by Oskar Birol and contact is maintained through our mailing list, and on the University of Edinburgh’s new alumni network: Platform One.

On Platform One, we have an open alumni group where you can connect with fellow alumni across all years and become part of the society’s own group on the site. Membership of the group is free and all interested alumni are welcome to join.
