EBSOC Lab and Equipment

A brief look at the EBSOC lab and how to use it, as well as a full list of our equipment, to help you plan your activity - or your next grant application!

EBSOC Lab

EBSOC is a purpose-built, flexible public engagement laboratory space with the capacity for up to 25 adults or 33 children. 

EBSOC may be used by any member of staff or student at the University of Edinburgh for public engagement activites, by arrangement with the EBSOC management team.

Public engagement activities do not have to involve lab work, but if using EBSOC for lab work the person(s) responsible must take you through the information in the Lab Manual. The lab manual will be available in the lab, and is also available for download below.
