The Human Resources team provide a comprehensive human resources service for the whole Campus and are part of a wider Human Resources support service within the University.
The overall strategic aim of HR on the Campus is to:
- Establish a positive work culture, where staff are cultivated and supported
- Participate in an active and vibrant environment to foster and enhance the teaching, research and clinical activities of the campus
- Attract the best candidates for the activities on the campus
- Ensure staff are appropriately recognised and rewarded for their work
The Easter Bush HR team led by Pauline McLeod, Campus HR Manager are located in the R(D)SVS teaching building, a team of four staff provide a comprehensive HR support service for the whole of the campus. The Campus team are part of a wider HR support service within the University of Edinburgh, with direct links into the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine HR team.
