Study Skills and Wellbeing Day

This free event will offer a mix of Study Skills and Wellbeing sessions over the course of an afternoon. You can pick and mix three sessions, while enjoying tea and coffee in the Rainy Hall over the day.

2pm: Welcome by Dr Anja Klein, Rainy hall

2.15-3pm: Choice of three workshops: Quoting according to the book, Signposting mental health support, Taking effective notes

3.15-4pm: Choice of three workshops: Library skills for success, 4 Pillars of mental health and wellbeing, Writing great essays

4.15-5pm: Choice of three workshops: Student Counselling Service and managing stress, managing general anxiety, Thinking about exams
