Dr Leonardo Cavone (Becker lab) and Dr Sybille Köhler (Denholm lab) win 'Best Talk' prize at this year's SDBG meeting (Scottish Developmental Biology Group) Well done to Leonardo and Sybille who were awarded Best Talk prize at this year's Scottish Developmental Biology Group meeting hosted in Edinburgh. Leo (Becker Lab) presented his data on direct signalling from macrophages to progenitor cells that promotes regenerative neurogenesis in the zebrafish spinal cord after injury. Sybille who recently joined the Denholm Lab, presented data on polarity signaling at the drosophila kidney filtration barrier. Congratulations to both!
