Making an appointment

The Staff Counselling Service is continuing to operate a service during the Coronavirus pandemic. We are doing this remotely, in line with University and Government guidelines and in the interests of your health and safety. At present we are offering services by telephone.

How to arrange an appointment

At present we are offering services by telephone. Before arranging a time we ask you to complete a Registration Form. You can either download the Registration form below or email the Staff Counselling Service directly and our administrator will email the form to you.

Issues that staff bring to counselling

Staff approach our Service with a wide range of issues and we can respond sensitively to a diverse range of concerns people may have.

Initial contact

The telephone consultation will take place at a time when you indicated you are available.

Waiting times

Waiting times for counselling change throughout the year.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment please email us giving us at least 48 hours notice.

Evaluation

We welcome feedback from staff who use our Service.
