Staff Counselling

Making an appointment

The Staff Counselling Service is continuing to operate a service during the Coronavirus pandemic. We are doing this remotely, in line with University and Government guidelines and in the interests of your health and safety. At present we are offering counselling appointments by telephone and/or Microsoft Teams.

How to arrange an appointment

At present we are offering services by telephone and video on Microsoft Teams. Before arranging a time we ask you to complete a Registration Form. You can either download the Registration form below or email the Staff Counselling Service directly and our administrator will email the form to you.

Video appointments on Microsoft Teams

We now offer video appointments on Microsoft Teams. This is an option that we may offer at your assessment. We have set out a list of FAQs to help with any queries you may have.
