The Digital Marketing team manages the University's corporate website content and third-party digital channels aimed at external audiences.
Corporate digital marketing
We develop and support the delivery of existing and new digital services, activities and initiatives in line with the University’s strategic objectives.
We are responsible for the University's main digital channels aimed at external audiences, including:
- the undergraduate and postgraduate online prospectuses
- the University homepage
- themed website content, including studying, about, research and business sections
- campus maps
- A-Z lists of schools, units, supports services and University social media accounts
- central social media profiles, including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
- video publishing on central YouTube and iTunesU accounts
Schools and departments across the University also publish content on other areas of the University website. If you would like to request a change to a webpage or report an error, the quickest way to find the relevant owner is to use the “Contact” link on the page in question.
Digital marketing resources
Please see our online publishing guides for advice on how to stay consistent with University style and objectives across all of your digital publishing.
Corporate social media channels
Submit content suggestions for the corporate social media channels using the Social media content proposal form.
Proposals will be sent to the social media editorial group for consideration.
Technical help and support
We are happy to provide informal help and advice on guidelines and policies to do with corporate digital publishing.
We cannot, however, build websites or provide direct technical support for those building websites across the University. Please contact the University Website Programme for support and information.
