System details for the Influx cell sorter
This BD Influx is equipped with 5 laser sources and 15 fluorescence detectors, with customisable filter sets, providing detection of a broad range of fluorochromes with many excitation and emission parameters. The sorter may be configured to use a 70 μm, 85 μm, 100 μm, 140 μm or 200 μm nozzle - allowing optimisation for most cell types.
