Dr Frances Parry
Dr Frances Parry is an alumni of Edinburgh University; Biology BSc with Honours in Genetics and a PhD in Molecular Microbiology. In addition to her degrees she is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy via the Edinburgh University Teaching Award.
Frances has wide experience of Edinburgh University (Schools and Departments) and the wider Higher Education sector. Frances’ career has focussed on working with staff and students both teaching, supporting teaching and curriculum development. This has involved working across several areas including: Biology, Widening Participation, Employability and Academic skills. She has also worked on education projects such as the Times Higher Award winning Making the Most of Masters.
As the Academic e-Facilitator for Internal Medicine Frances works with both staff and students to support teaching and learning on the Programme.
