Responsible for managing the administration of student experience and support within the CSTO. These includes administering the CSTO email account and providing information about university resources to staff and students. Coordinating student concessions (special circumstances, interruptions, extensions etc.), the Student-Staff Liaison Committee, annual student induction and other student related events. Oversee the student annual review process, timely entry of Tier 4 student engagement points and support of disability adjustments. Managing the administration of visiting students.
