Scottish Association of Neurological Sciences (SANS)

SANS is an umbrella organisation to support neurology-related clinicians in Scotland.

The Scottish Association of Neurological Sciences (SANS) was formed in the early 1980’s. Membership includes the neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuropathologists and clinical neurophysiologists working in Scotland - trainees as well as consultants.

The aims of SANS are to:

  •  improve the care of patients with neurological problems in Scotland
  •  enhance the training and education of everyone involved in that care
  • promote research

The current SANS Secretaries are Martin Zeidler and Eleanora Saturno.

Annual Meeting

The annual meeting will take place on Thursday 10th – Friday 11th November 2022 at the Stirling Highland Hotel.

Cost

24hr Consultant rate - £150

  • Thursday:  Meeting, Drinks reception, Dinner, Bed and Breakfast
  • Friday:   Meeting and Lunch

24hr Trainee rate - £100

  • Thursday:  Meeting, Drinks reception, Dinner, Bed and Breakfast
  • Friday:   Meeting and Lunch

Day delegate rates

  • Thursday meeting only - £40
  • Friday meeting and lunch - £50
