Row Fogo Centre receives £4m donation

The Row Fogo Centre for Research into Ageing and the Brain is pleased to announce receipt of a very generous £4,000,000 donation in Dec 2022 and is now expanding its scope. The centre is led by director Professor Joanna Wardlaw and aims to promote greater understanding of brain health and small vessel disease (SVD), translating these findings to improve clinical outcomes. The £4m gift secures the Centre long-term, the University’s internationally-leading research into SVD, and planned strategic developments.
