Phoebe Evans gave a talk at the British Heart Foundation Retail Roadshow

Phoebe Evans recently presented her PhD research at the British Heart Foundation Retail Roadshow. Her presentation also acknowledged the British Heart Foundation (BHF) which supported development of her academic career.
The Retail Roadshow event offered Phoebe and other attending scientists an opportunity to connect BHF colleagues with the life-saving research that the BHF are funding.

About Phoebe Evans
Phoebe is a BHF-funded PhD candidate at University College London (UK). Her research aims to understand early changes in fluid movement surrounding blood vessels using non-invasive and clinically translatable MRI methods.

There is a huge unmet need to understand the pathophysiology of small vessel disease. The Perivascular Spaces in Small vessel Disease Network links clinical and preclinical research across North America and Europe, and aims to address research gaps related to small vessel disease.
