Chaplaincy Listener - Kat Mackay
Kat Mackay is one of the resident Chaplaincy Listeners.
Kat joined the Chaplaincy team at the University of Edinburgh in 2019.
Kat is one of the resident Chaplaincy Listeners. She studied at the University of Edinburgh for both her undergraduate degree in Psychology (MA) before undertaking her postgraduate degree in Counselling (PGCert & PGDip).
Her career has mostly involved working in supporting roles including helplines and charities. Kat has previously volunteered with organisations supporting students, worked in charities in listening and support roles and currently works with counselling clients in private practice.
