The yoga self-practice drop-in runs daily, Monday-Friday, 9.30-10.30am in Room 1.

Bring your own mat or help yourself to one of ours from the cupboard, and enjoy your own yoga practice -

whether for ten minutes, twenty, or the full hour. 

Afterwards the Common Room is open for you to help yourself to tea and coffee.
