Grief Group

Details of the weekly Grief Group run in collaboration with students and The Chaplaincy.

The Grief Group is a weekly peer support group for students. For those who want to talk about grief or dying, with people who may have similar thoughts or experiences. 

A welcoming, confidential space, for talking, listening and being heard. 

All welcome, biscuits provided and bringing of own hot drinks encouraged! 

There is no expectation that you have to attend every week, but you are welcome to come along as and when you can. 

For people of any religious belief or none whatsoever.

 

When: Thursday's, beginning Thursday 21st September. We will meet every other Thursday throughout Semester 1.

Time: 5:15-6:00pm (arrive from 5pm) 

Where: The Chaplaincy Centre, Meeting Room 1 

 

Semester 1 23/24 meeting dates: 

  • September - 21st 

    October - 5th and 19th 

    November - 2nd, 16th and 30th 

    December - 14th 

Semester 2 23/24 meeting dates:

  • January - 18th 

    February - 1st, 15th and 29th 

    March - 14th and 28th 

    April - 11th and 25th 

    May - 9th and 23rd
