Mindfulness Community Class
A free monthly class for graduates of the Mindfulness Courses.
The Mindfulness Community Class is open to any student or staff member who has previously taken one of the Chaplaincy’s eight-week or five-week mindfulness courses.
This is a free 1.5 hour class, monthly, in-person 3.00-4.30pm on a Friday, in the Chaplaincy Centre in Bristo Square.
Each class explores a theme, designed to deepen and refresh your learning and practice in a structured way. While the twice-weekly drop-ins offer opportunities for gentle practice and exploration, these classes have more teaching, like the classes in the Mindfulness Courses. You might like to come every month, or just once in a while - it's up to you.
