Our Mindfulness and compassion newsletter is for all practitioners at The Edinburgh University is to support mindfulness and compassion based training, practices and intentions.

We hope to contribute and develop a culture of well-being, care, and co-care on the campus and in personal life for all.  Our Newsletter will be a platform to share our programme, experiences, interesting articles and ideas related to mindfulness and compassion based approaches.
